Marshall Fire lights up Freemasonry for Crowle initiate
April 22, 2022Chris Fletcher reports: “It was a very special night at St Lawrence Chapter, Scunthorpe. A full festive board provided the culmination of a successful installation ceremony of the three Principals of the chapter: Chris England, John Kennedy and Andy Urry.
The Chapter was supported by a Provincial Team Visit which was made unique as it was the last team visit kept in order by the Provincial DC Tony Greswell, who was stepping down after eight years in the role. Even though he is only 80, Tony said that he’d successfully trained two Grand Superintendents and his work was now done. Tony was not aware that a second contingent of friends from across the Province had been secretly invited to join the team at this final meeting, which made for a huge Provincial procession!
St Lawrence Chapter was pleased to host a full room of companions for the Festive Board who enjoyed a splendid meal and lots of laughter and friendship and, of course, visiting Free Wheelers!
