The final Parkrun of the year to be attended by the Steps for the Mind team of Lincolnshire Freemasons takes place at 9am on October 24th at Boultham Park in Lincoln. It’s an opportunity to get out and get some fresh air and chat about anything at all with fellow Freemasons.

Point your smartphone at it, and as if by magic you’ll be taken to the right part of the internet.
And remember, although it’s called a Parkrun, it’s perfectly acceptable to walk all or part of the course too – even with the family dog!
The final dates for the year is 24th October at Boultham Park, Lincoln – a celebration event after a whole year of park running to offer friends chats with Freemasons to help restore mental and physical wellbeing.
