UGLE has this morning issued the first guidance about how Freemasons might be able to resume meetings in line with Government advice.
The guidance is part of a First Rising document, which says: “You’ll be receiving this newsletter every three weeks, as we aim to give you the latest news from UGLE and keep you informed with our plans for the future. During these uncertain times, it is more important than ever that we communicate regularly with you – our members.
“Therefore, we have a packed first edition which includes an introduction from the Grand Secretary, Dr David Staples, a provisional blueprint for an exit strategy as we look to the future of masonic activity returning and a wonderful first-hand insight into how Lodges are once again meeting in Hong Kong.
“We hope you enjoy this first edition and we look forward to keeping you updated and informed in the coming weeks and months. Stay safe Brethren.”
