St Barnabas Hospice will be able to fund a ‘hospice at home’ nurse for four days for a patient in Lincolnshire thanks to a £500 donation given by Ashlar Lodge in Lincoln.
The money was handed over by Ashlar Lodge Secretary Steve Harrison to hospice Community Fundraiser Becca Hooton. She said the donation was especially vital because the hospice had been robbed of the opportunity secure £1m in fundraising because of the pandemic.
