Aa many as a third of British adults struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is also known as ‘winter depression’ because of the reasons above, and more. Whether you’re seeking help or know someone who could benefit, The MCF here to offer year-round guidance to Freemasons and their family members.
The charity collaborates with an external provider to offer mental health support to members of the Freemasonry community – adults and children aged 5-17.
This service is run by an independent team of professional counsellors who are registered and accredited by the relevant professional bodies. After an initial telephone assessment, counselling sessions may be available either over the phone or face-to-face.
