More than 180 Lincolnshire Freemasons have signed up to have a potentially life-changing free PSA test on the day of our Provincial Grand Chapter and Provincial Grand Lodge meetings, meaning just 18 spots are still available.

And testing is vital even if you have no symptoms, as Paul Fox, Master of Crowle’s Vermuyden Lodge, discovered when he had the simple blood test.

Paul, who has campaigned for all of his Lodge members to have the test, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Prostate Cancer, and is having surgery this month. He’s in no doubt that failure to diagnose the problem would have cost him his life.

How do I book?

1. Testing is available from 10am to 2pm on May 8th;

2. There are just 18 appointments still available;

3. Tests MUST be booked in advance;

4. You will need your NHS number to make a booking;

5. You MUST print your appointment confirmation and take it to the test;

6. You DO NOT have to attend the PGC or PGL meetings to book a test;

7. Register by visiting chaps.uk.com/events, entering your email address and creating a password;

9. Log in using the details you created at Step 7;
