The tie’s the limit as PGM visits Stamford
December 16, 2025Problems with mental health aren’t always immediately obvious because many sufferers have learned how to mask them – but you can learn how to spot the signs and symptoms by attending a course being run at our Lincoln centre.
It takes place on the morning of Saturday February 21st between 9.30 and 12.30, and there’s room for up to 25 delegates, with places being filled on a first come, first served basis. The course is open to our members and their partners.
The course is from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), and it’s an internationally-recognised one which teaches people how to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health and provide help on a first aid basis. MHFA won’t teach you to be a therapist, but just like physical first aid, it will teach you to listen, reassure, and respond, even in a crisis.
