Senior Warden Tom meets the cream of Devonshire

After the release of the new Grand Lodge tie last week, PGM Dave Wheeler also received a new tie this week.
As an honorary member of the Lodge of Merit No. 466 in Stamford he was given a Northants and Hunts provincial tie by that Province’s PGM Mark Constant.
There was a sweepstake as to whether Dave would put it on but, as a member of the Province, he was happy to change ties! He said: “When in Rome… Obviously, in Lincolnshire I encourage everyone to wear our provincial tie with pride, including the Rough Ashlar version but, as it was Christmas and I am an honorary member of Northants and Hunts, it seemed more than appropriate to wear their tie at the meeting.
“This was despite some background ‘chuntering’ from our Provincial Secretary Tony Miller, who was also present!”
